Every Friday and Saturday night we serve prime rib and jumbo shrimp in a cozy atmosphere with live music from the sixties and seventies.

How do we make the best tasting prime rib?
First: We bought the best beef on the market,
then we rubbed it with the finest spices and herbs to our chef's secret recipe;
after doing that, we roasted it:
very, very slowly, for hours.
Our first butt of prime rib leaves the oven at 5:00 p.m.
Then it has to rest for about half an hour before we can serve it.

Result: The best prime rib you ever tasted!!!
