Dutchie's @
The Greybull KOA opened on April 26th, 2007, bringing a taste of the
European kitchen that it's owner Cor Bijvank hopes will appeal to
residents and campground guests who are looking for something more than
the traditional American fare.
Open seven days a week, from 7 a.m. to 9 p.m., diners can get the
traditional eggs and pancakes for breakfast, burgers and chips for lunch
and dinner, and enjoy prime rib and live music on Friday and Saturday
nights. But there is more on the menu!
While Cor provides the European flair,
he has teamed up with chef Pete Fruend, who Cor describes as "the
American Cook". Pete has extensive experience as assistant chef at
Sleeping Giant Brewery and the Briarwood country club.
The dinner menu features a new meat
and fish item nightly.
The European kitchen influence is
essentially "more sauces, herbs and spices" than the American kitchen,
and everything is made from scratch.
Dutchie's is open from June 1st until
the end of September, seven days a week from 7 a.m. until 9 p.m., and
from October 1st until the end of May four days a week around the
weekend.
